(or £13.25 monthly direct debit) plus £50 excess for each callout. (Includes annual boiler service)
Covers you for breakdowns on your boiler and ancillary controls. Plus radiators, radiator valves, cylinder and heating pipework.
Controls include:
- Programmer
- Room thermostat
- Cylinder thermostat
- Frost thermostat
- Motorised valve and Central heating circulating pump.
Plus an annual service with safety & efficiency check
Silver Cover
£134 per year
(or £11.20 monthly direct debit) plus £50 excess for each callout. (Includes annual boiler service)
Covers you for breakdowns on your boiler and ancillary controls. Parts & Labour. Unlimited callouts.

- Room thermostat
- Cylinder thermostat
- Frost thermostat
- Motorised valve and Central heating circulating pump.

Bronze Cover
£84 per year
(or £7 monthly direct debit) plus £50 excess for each callout. (No Boiler Service included)
Covers you for breakdowns on your boiler and ancillary controls. Parts & Labour. Unlimited callouts.

- Cylinder thermostat
- Frost thermostat
- Motorised valve and Central heating circulating pump.
New Boiler Installations
If you have just had one of our team install you a new Worcester Bosch or Vaillant Gas Boiler then you are already enjoying your 5 -Year free manufacturer’s warranty.
To keep the warranty valid you will need to have your boiler serviced once a year. We can do this for you at £79.50 per year fixed at this price for the 5 Years. The manufacturers will then cover the boiler for parts & labour should anything go wrong.
If you want full peace of mind then we can offer you one of our Heat Care Silver or Gold Cover Plans at a discounted price while your boiler is under manufacturer’s warranty.

The £50 callout excess does not apply to new boilers in warranty only other items you have on cover external to the boiler.
